Aiuto! Travelers wanted! Customize your dream trip to Italy learning, tasting, and enjoying the Italian culture! La Dolce Vita!

Imagine yourself starting your Firenze day in a 16th century hotel breakfast room, enjoying a croissant and cappuccino. Then it’s off to your first session of culinary arts, where you are touring the San Lorenzo market. With the help of your culinary expert you make purchases to prepare a typical Tuscan fresh pasta and pastry meal in a prestigious cooking lab. Perhaps with the free afternoon you skip off to a first class museum or a Tornabuoni shopping spree. In the evening you visit a Florentine restaurant with a kitchen tour and receive Tuscan recipes. The next day you’re off to the Tuscany countryside for a guided winery tour and Tuscan farm visit. No, it’s not a dream; it is your next trip with IIS!

Gelato, Italian ice cream is secretly made in many flavors. With IIS, you choose the flavors of Italian culture you want to taste. IIS will then develop with you a customized workshop itinerary, which you will digest for years of sweet memories. Be in control of choosing your dates, length of stay (3 days, 5 days, a week) and number of sessions. Your trip will include: airfare, workshop themes, hotel accommodation and La Dolce Vita!

Contact IIS to discuss your interests, dates and pricing. Minimum of four people to enable group pricing. Estimated costs depend on low or high season rate for airfare, number of workshops and style of accommodation. Three day/night, NY/Florence round trip, 3 sessions, with hotel starting at approx. $1,900 per person. All classes and guided tours conducted by the professional and experienced faculty of Centro Lorenzo de Medici. Hotel accommodations are 3-4 stars with breakfast. Airfare itineraries allow departure from most U.S. cities and customized with possible European stopovers if desired.
